It's not just a burger joint

It's where music plays all day long. Where we dim the lights at night and turn the indie up. Where the crew knows your name. Right in the heart of Cala de Bou, Sant Josep.

Burgers, music and people. That's the club.

We are not fast food

Beef minced daily. Brioche buns baked every morning, no additives. Over 15 homemade sauces. Pickles and caramelised onion, cured and made in-house. That goes for 90% of our menu.

Nothing arrives pre-made. Everything starts in our kitchen.

Slow burger. No fast food.

To each their own

Thin, crispy smash burgers. Dry-aged beef with 30 days of maturation. National veal in its classic version. Free-range chicken, gluten-free options and vegetarian ones too, like our bun-free burgers, NOT BUN. Everyone finds theirs. All made the same way: no shortcuts.

Johnny's Bar is industrial on the outside, family on the inside. Wood, low lights, the music always on. Inside, a dining room with air conditioning to escape the heat. Outside, two terraces for those who prefer the street and the stars. Bar counter, big tables, a crew that recognises you when you walk in. Since 1993, same spot, same people, same way of doing things.

Brunch it

From May to October, 11AM to 2PM, we open the brunch menu. Toast, sandwiches and the odd burger for mid-morning or to work for a bit. WiFi and sockets at most tables, good coffee, no rush to leave.
