2. What data we process and why

This website has no forms of its own. The data we may process is:

• Direct contact: if you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we will process your identifying and contact details in order to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: consent and legitimate interest.
• Bookings: these are handled through the CoverManager platform, which acts as controller for its own processing. See their policy at covermanager.com.
• Browsing: the server logs technical data (IP address, browser) for security and maintenance purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

3. Cookies

When you enter the site a cookie notice is shown with two options: accept or reject. Google Analytics (anonymous usage measurement, with IP anonymisation) is only loaded if you accept. Your choice is stored in your browser as technical data exempt from consent, and you can change it by clearing your browsing data. The embedded Google Maps map and the CoverManager booking widget may install third-party cookies when you interact with them.

4. Recipients

We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. Providers that may access technical data: We Love Media (web hosting), Google (maps), CoverManager (bookings).

5. Retention

Contact details are kept for as long as necessary to deal with your request and to meet the resulting legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@johnnysbar.es, attaching an identity document. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
